This piece is an action painting created using my own body as a tool, serving as a visceral response to
domestic violence against women. The work captures the raw, physical traces of struggle, pain, and
resistance—each gesture and imprint reflecting the movements of a woman in the moment of being
abused. Through ink and embodiment, I aimed to confront the violence directly, transforming it into a
visual language that speaks to both trauma and resilience.
